Subscription models
ImmoConnect offers various subscription models that enable charging station owners to network and manage their charging infrastructure. Users can choose between the ‘Light’, ‘Custom’ and ‘EVU’ models, each of which offers different features and options. The ‘Light’ subscription enables basic networking of charging points but does not include billing management. The ‘Custom’ subscription includes additional features such as invoicing and billing management for tenants. Users can easily upgrade or change their subscription in the ‘My Subscription’ section, where current subscription details and prices are displayed. All changes to the subscription take effect immediately and are shown on the subscription details page.
There are 3 different tariffs
- Light
- Custom
- EVU
- ‘Light’ tariff – With this tariff, charging station operators can connect their chargers via immoConnect, but cannot create or use billing functions.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and all changes take effect immediately
To upgrade or change your tariff, simply click the ‘Upgrade now’ button or the ‘My subscription’ tab.
You will be redirected to the ‘My Subscription’ tab, where all details such as your current tariff, the price and the date are displayed, and the ‘Change Tariff’ button is located in the top right-hand corner.
When you click the ‘Change plan’ button, a pop-up window will open showing all available plans and their details.
As soon as you click the ‘Select plan’ button, the new plan will be selected and you’ll see a confirmation pop-up. You’ll then be redirected to the subscription page, where all the details of the new plan are displayed.
- Custom Tariff – With this tariff, ‘Invoices’ is an additional feature that allows you to manage all invoicing as well as your tenants’ details.
- EVU tariff – The ImmoConnect EVU product offers you the option to provide the infrastructure, i.e. to install the charging stations. You can then hand over the operation of the infrastructure to Eponet.
