Subscription & Settings
On this page, you can manage your current subscription, view detailed usage costs and configure your notification settings.
How to open the ‘Subscription’ page
Overview of your current plan
- The large card on the left-hand side displays the name of your active plan (e.g. Business Basic) and the monthly price.
- Click the ‘Upgrade’ button to open the full plan comparison page.
Plan upgrade
- Click on ‘Upgrade’ (or open the plan comparison from the overview).
- You’ll see all available plans side by side:
- Standard Account (0 CHF)
- Business Light (0 CHF)
- Business Basic (20 CHF)
- Business Premium (95 CHF) – often the current plan
- Business Advanced (250 CHF)
- Business Enterprise (on request)
- The features included in each plan are listed.
- Click ‘Subscribe’ next to your chosen tariff to switch.
Usage overview
- Displays the total costs for the current month.
- Click ‘View details’ to open a detailed breakdown by product category (charging points, ImmoConnect, machinery, meters, TimeCatch, etc.).
Product tabs
Below the header, you’ll find tabs for each product type:
- Charging points
- Load-controlled charging points
- Doors
- Meters
- Machines
- TimeCatch
Each tab contains a table with:
- Device ID
- Name
- Manufacturer
- Serial number
- Price profile (drop-down menu for changing the pricing model)
- Expandable row displaying the promotion history (promotion logs) and price changes over time
Change price profile
To view the details of the price profile, click the ‘Price profile’ drop-down menu to display all available profiles.
To change the profile for a product:
- Open the relevant product tab.
- Click on the name of the current profile in the ‘Price profile’ column.
- Select a new profile from the drop-down list.
- The change will be logged in the ‘Action Logs’ for this product.
