‘Payouts’ tab – Email verification and payout management

Email verification is a mandatory security step. A withdrawal (whether manual or automatic) can only be processed once Eponet has checked and approved your email address and the relevant supporting documents.

How to start the verification process

  1. Go to the ‘Withdrawal’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘Confirm email address’ (blue button) or on the ‘Validate’ button in the warning banner.
  3. The confirmation window will open.

Step-by-step guide to confirmation

Step 1 – Enter your email address
  • Enter the email address you wish to use for withdrawal confirmations.
  • Confirmation links and status emails will be sent to this address later.
Step 2 – Select account type
  • Personal – for private individuals
  • Business – for businesses (most common)
  • Owners’ Association – for owners’ associations
Step 3 – Company UID (for ‘Business’ only)
  • Enter the official Swiss company identification number (UID) as registered on Zefix.ch (format CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX).
Step 4 – Download, complete and upload the form
  1. Click on the ‘Download’ link to download the official form.
  2. Complete all mandatory fields and sign the document.
  3. Upload the signed PDF, DOC or image file (maximum 10 MB) via the ‘Upload files’ section.
  4. The uploaded file will appear in the list below the upload section. If necessary, you can remove it by clicking the ‘X’.
Step 5 – Submit
  • Click on ‘Send to EPONET’.
  • You can also click ‘Save’ to save a draft without sending it.

Status tracking

Once submitted, the status is displayed in several places:

  • On the ‘Payout’ page itself (‘Pending from EPONET’, ‘Processing’, ‘Rejected by EPONET’)
  • In the yellow and blue information bar at the bottom of the payout page
  • In the action logs

How to open the action log
  • Click on ‘Action logs’ (regardless of where the link appears).
  • The log displays each step with a timestamp:
    • Request submitted by you
    • Status ‘Pending from Eponet’
    • Final decision (‘Rejected by Eponet’ or approval)
    • Download link for the submitted document

If the application is rejected, you will be shown the reason as well as clear instructions on how to upload a new, corrected document.

Important: For security reasons, your email address must be verified once. If the email address associated with your account matches the one to be verified, we will verify it within 1–2 working days, after which you can proceed with the payout. You can find an explanation of the verification process here.

For businesses, organisations and individuals wishing to request a payout on behalf of another person, the following form must be completed, signed and returned to us!

Tip: When you request a payout, you will receive an email containing a confirmation link for security reasons. Don’t forget to confirm the payout via this link!

Once you have successfully confirmed

  • the warning banners will disappear.
  • The ‘Request withdrawal’, ‘Manage → Withdrawal accounts’ and ‘Automatic repayments’ buttons are now fully functional.

Once the email has been confirmed, you can manage bank accounts and request withdrawals.

Accessing the management menu
  1. On the ‘Withdrawal’ page, click the ‘Manage’ button (top right).
  2. A drop-down menu will appear with three options:
    • ‘Withdrawal Accounts’
    • Automatic Withdrawals
    • Email validation (Email validation – already covered)

Managing withdrawal accounts

Add or edit an account
  1. Click on ‘Withdrawal accounts’.
  2. Existing accounts are listed with the IBAN and recipient name masked.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu on the right-hand side → ‘Edit’.
  4. The edit window opens with the following fields:
    • Name of the payout account
    • IBAN
    • Recipient’s name
    • Street
    • House number
    • Postcode
    • Town
    • Country (default: Switzerland)
  5. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes, or ‘Cancel’ to discard them.

Add multiple payout accounts 

You can now add and manage multiple bank accounts for withdrawals in the ‘Finance’ module.

Here’s how it works

  • Go to ‘Payouts’‘Manage’‘Payout accounts’.
  • Click on ‘+ Add payout account’.
  • Enter the following:
    • Account name
    • IBAN
    • Payee details (name, street, house number, postcode, town, country)
  • Save the account.

You can add as many accounts as you need. Each account appears in the list with a masked IBAN and can be edited or deleted via the three-dot menu.

Using multiple accounts

  • When you request a manual withdrawal (‘Request withdrawal’), you can choose which of your saved accounts the money should be transferred to.

  • When setting up an automatic monthly payout, you also select the destination account from the list.

This makes it easy to keep withdrawals for different companies, locations or cost centres separate from one another.

Note: You can currently add multiple payout accounts; in the near future, you’ll be able to assign specific payout destinations to particular accounts.

Request a manual payout

  1. On the main ‘Payout’ page, click ‘Request a payout’.
  2. Select the desired bank account.
  3. Enter the amount (or select the entire available balance).
  4. Confirm the request.
  5. An email will be sent to your verified address. You must click on the confirmation link in this email before the withdrawal can be processed.

Track the status of the withdrawal process

You can track the status of the withdrawal process at any time.
Once you have clicked on the confirmation link in the email sent to your verified email address, ‘Request confirmed’ will be displayed. The withdrawal process is now complete on your part, and the request will be sent to us shortly before midnight and paid out to the specified bank account within a few working days:

Automatic monthly withdrawals (Automatic payouts)

Setting up an automatic withdrawal
  1. Click on ‘Manage’‘Automatic repayments’.
  2. Click on the blue ‘+ Set up automatic repayment’ button.
  3. In the dialogue box:
    • Select the payout account from the drop-down list.
    • Select the type: ‘Fixed’ (fixed CHF amount) or ‘Percentage’ (percentage of available balance).
    • If “Percentage” is selected, choose 20%, 50% or 100%, or enter a custom percentage. The calculated amount is displayed in real time.
  4. Click ‘Save’.
  5. An email will be sent to the confirmed address. You must approve the setup via the link in the email.
  6. Until confirmed, the entry will appear under ‘Pending Requests’ with the status ‘Action required’ and a note stating that an email has been sent.

Managing existing automatic payments
  • The list shows the account, the type (fixed amount/percentage), the amount and the next scheduled date.
  • You can edit or delete an automatic payment at any time. Any change requires re-confirmation via email.
