Subscriptions: Standard or Business account

Under the Subscriptions tab in the Finance section, you can upgrade your account from a standard account to your desired business account. For the range of functions included in the subscriptions, see the Eponet Business price list.

Subscription plans

You have the following options under Subscriptions:

Upgrading and downgrading business models: You can upgrade your business model yourself in the Finance section of the portal. However, downgrading is currently only possible via Eponet Support, as this requires additional adjustments to the services of the selected products.

The Business Light subscription is usually sufficient for a billing solution for an underground car park (STWE or rental property).
