Instructions for paying out mobilecharge credit and closing the account
Procedure for customers who still have a credit balance with Mobilecharge
Customers should contact emobility-support@ferratec.ch directly by email to request a payout of their credit and to close their account.
They should provide the following details:
- First name and surname
- Mobile number associated with the Mobilecharge account
- Full address
- IBAN
- Name of the account holder
- Telephone number for enquiries Request to close account.
