Meter monitoring

Meter monitoring ensures that EnergyControl constantly receives up-to-date meter readings. This enables any failures or problems with data transmission to be detected at an early stage.

Monitoring of data reception

The system checks whether meter readings have been received within a defined time period.

• If no meter readings are received within 24 hours, an alarm is triggered.
• If no change in meter readings is detected within 24 hours, an alarm is also triggered.

When an alarm is triggered, a ticket is automatically created for our support team. The support team investigates the cause and resolves the issue without the customer needing to take any action.
