Surveillance operations

EnergyControl features several monitoring functions to ensure guaranteed operation. A distinction is made between local monitoring and server-side monitoring.

Local monitoring

  • The Codesys process is checked every minute to see if it is still running. If it is not, the Wago reboots. 

 

Server-side monitoring

All server-side monitoring functions trigger a ticket to our support team in the event of an alarm. The ticket is reviewed and processed without the customer needing to intervene.

  • An alarm is triggered if the connection is down for more than an hour
  • If no meter readings are received within a day, an alarm is triggered
  • If not a single meter reading changes within a day, an alarm is triggered
