I have paid money into my account. How long does it take for the money to reach my account?

When topping up your balance using the EZ-Schein QR code, there is a text field with information on how long it will take for the amount to be credited to your account. Eponet can offer this service free of charge and without any fees!

Have you missed the deadline for topping up and want to increase your balance immediately? With a credit card or TWINT, the amount will be credited to your account within seconds and you can continue to use your services.

Minimum balance reminder: To prevent your balance from falling too low, you can enter an amount in your profile settings under "lower limit" that will alert you when your balance is low:
