My QR code payment slip isn’t working

Important information on topping up your balance using a QR code payment slip

Important
: A QR code payment slip will only work if your correct address is shown on it. Please make sure to check your address. On the home page of your account, you can find this under:

• Contacts (1.)
• Address (2.) 
  
• and can be edited or checked using the edit icon (3.) 
  
• Please check/fill in all fields (4.).
  
  Note: If, for example, the country is missing, the message ‘Failed’ will appear when you save.
