41x RFID readers for access control (34 doors and 17 letterboxes) Smart
metering for all energy, electricity and water meters
Each tenant has a personal Eponet account with their credit balance and RFID card(s). The same RFID card can be used for washing and charging vehicles, opening assigned doors and letterboxes. Fully automatic billing between the administration and tenants
