16x washing machines/tumble dryers, Secomate with Eponet RFID reader
Each tenant has a personal Eponet account with their credit balance and RFID card(s). The same RFID card can be used for washing and charging vehicles. Fully automatic billing between the administration and the tenants.
Charging stations with invited tenants and public charging with QR code for visitors.
Completion of e-mobility in 2023
