# IS-E interface definition Stadtwerke St.Gallen

<p class="callout info">This is what the generated list should look like according to Stattwerken.</p>

<p class="callout info">[<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The CH--&gt;number is the name of the charging station/meter.</span>

Here are the definitions:

The "MeterValues" of the charging station should be evaluated at an adjustable interval when charging is in progress.
The value should be, for example, 14:00 = 1kWh / 14:15 = 3kWh --&gt; so 2kWh is displayed at 14:15 during this period.
If no charging is taking place, a 0 should be sent at the defined interval.
These are then written to an FTP server that has already been set up for us.
The file format must be CSV (the municipal utilities are still clarifying whether XML would be possible).

Setting options:

The smart-me settings are listed below.

The export format refers to a predefined profile with the reading interval and file type.

This is the definition of the FTP server to which the data is to be sent.

[![Bildschirmfoto 2025-05-06 um 14.09.57.png](https://wiki.eponet.ch/uploads/images/gallery/2025-05/scaled-1680-/bildschirmfoto-2025-05-06-um-14-09-57.png)](https://wiki.eponet.ch/uploads/images/gallery/2025-05/bildschirmfoto-2025-05-06-um-14-09-57.png)

Here you can define how often the data should be sent and from which source this data should come (charging station).

The export format is defined here (the interval at which the data is to be read, the OBIS code, the data format and the display name).

The IS-E interface could be left in the same place, but the setting options should be limited to the bare essentials, as there are currently too many options that no one understands (perhaps like with smart-me, step by step?).
