Please contact us to activate monthly billing. If you would like brand-independent Eponet load management, please check with Eponet in advance whether the desired charging station has been approved by Eponet for this function. Availability for activation on the Eponet portal does not mean that this model has also been approved for load management. Is your desired charging station not on the Eponet list? Please contact us! Continue with the next step below: Step 1 - Prepare account (general step) Log in to the Eponet portal with your account: portal.eponet.ch First, please check whether you have saved an address and credit card in your profile or apply to Eponet in good time to activate monthly billing. If no credit card is saved or the account is not yet set up for monthly billing, no charging station can be added.   Step 2 - Create object address (general step) Each charging station must be assigned an address. Select the Building tab in the blue navigation bar on the left and add an object. You can freely design the structures here (drag & drop). An ideal structure is when the charging station is assigned to a parking space. You can also store photos, notes and files for each object.    Tip: Created objects can be easily sorted or moved using drag & drop. For example, drag the created "Underground car park space P01" under the object "Underground car park MFH North". Step 3 - Select the instructions for the desired brand and type. Now select the instructions for the desired brand and type, follow the instructions for the brand and then continue here with step 4. The name will help you find it later. For example, "ABB Terra on PP 01". It is very important and essential to enter the serial number of the charging station correctly, for example, "TACW22-4-1021-Gxxx". Connection ID: The standard is usually 1 (this selection is intended for charging stations with multiple connections). Plug type: Choose between AC Type 2 or CCS Connection name: Here you can save the name "CCS Left", for example, for a DC charger with multiple charging points. Performance: A charging station may be limited to 11 kW on the hardware side. Enter the correct value here. When saving, the following prompt appears: "A charger must be added to a location". Select the object you created in step 2. Under Documentation, you also have the option of adding images to the charging station.   Tip: To test whether the charging station has been successfully integrated into the portal, press "Charger overview". Here you can now select your charging station and the last connection should now be displayed under "Last received data". If you see data that is a few minutes old here, the integration has been successful. After a short time, the charging station should show the successful online status with the green icon. If a charging station is offline for a certain period of time, the icon will change to red.   Step 5 - Assign RFID / release (general step) Assign the RFID card(s) to the new charging station. As an important final step, the charging station must now be informed which RFID card is authorised to charge. This can be found in the blue navigation bar E-mobility in the RFID card tab. Select the desired RFID card and allow charging at the new charging station. This RFID approval (own RFID cards) is for charging without automatic billing, i.e. for your own internal RFID cards, e.g. at a company:     Please note: For automatic billing, e.g. for STWE or tenants, the user is invited to a predefined charging profile via the green "Invite RFID cards" button. There are separate instructions for users for this: https://www.eponet.info/download/anleitung/nutzer-account-konfiguration.pdf   Please carry out a loading process at the end to test it.   Tip for installation partners who manage multiple Eponet customer accounts: Add an RFID card to your personal account and use it to log in to the customer accounts (without a loading profile, as a test card). Whether during commissioning or at a later date in the event of a support case, you can always use this RFID card to activate all loading stations for testing. Step 6 - Eponet load management Step 6 is to add the charging station to Eponet load management. If Eponet load management is not installed, this step is not necessary.  Due to the transition phase to the new Eponet GLM3 load management system, this step has not yet been described. Please contact Eponet for assistance with step 6. Load QR code / Activate public loading Would you like to make a charging station available for public charging? The easiest option is to use a QR code. To prepare, you should first create a charging profile for the QR code . Activate public charging Under E-mobility > Charger overview, you can tick the "Public charge" box for the desired charging station. On this page, you can also download the QR code as a .jpg or .pdf file using the green button and attach it to the charging station. Save charging profile for public charging After you have ticked the box for public charging, a tab labelled "Public charging" will appear at the top. Here you can save the charging profile you created earlier for QR code charging. You also have the option of entering a text of your choice under Operator information: Result of the settings after scanning the QR code with your smartphone:             Note: Not available is displayed here because this charging station is currently "offline". Enter your VAT number if you are VAT liable If you are liable for VAT as an operator, you are responsible for entering the correct VAT number yourself. You will find this field under Information in your contact details. This VAT number will then appear on the charging receipts: Link to instructions on how to enter your VAT number   Information If the "Public charging" checkbox is selected for a charging station, the system creates a virtual RFID card with the name "Public Charge". This virtual RFID card cannot be deleted (as it is a virtual card). This card allows all public charge loads to be evaluated in the reports.  Activate Hubject / roaming charging This page describes how to activate a charging station with Hubject. The charging station will then be enabled for international roaming.  Please note: Hubject roaming is an expert function. Please only activate it in conjunction with Eponet.  Preparation Before activating Hubject, please note/prepare the coordinates of the charging station. These should be very accurate. Longitude/latitude are required in the following format: 9.41176,47.06159  Please note: Longitude/latitude must be provided precisely in this format (exactly the same number of characters, separated by a full stop and comma, and without spaces). It is essential that you check the coordinates before entering them into Google (to check them in Google, the longitude/latitude must be reversed, i.e. enter 47.06159,9.41176). Activation in the Eponet portal The checkbox can be activated under E-mobility at the charging station in Hubject. Please enter the prepared data promptly after activation. The Hubject platform checks the data. If it is incorrect or incomplete, Hubject and Eponet will interact to resolve the issue. These costs will be charged. After activation, the "Hubject" tab will appear at the top for further settings: The data must be entered here as shown in this example: Evse ID: This number is unique and identifies the charging station in international roaming. Name of the charger: Enter a suitable name here; this will appear in the roaming provider's apps Hotline telephone number: Enter the number of the relevant emergency service here Country: Select Switzerland here (or where the station is located) City: Enter the city Postcode: Enter the postcode Street: Enter the street House number: Enter the house number Longitude, latitude: Enter the precise longitude/latitude in the following format: 9.41176,47.06159  Plug type: Select the appropriate plug type Power (kW): Enter the effective power of the charger Renewable energy: Select the type of energy. If in doubt, select No Authentication: Enter the selection exactly as shown above Calibration data: If in doubt, select Not available Payment method: Enter the selection exactly as shown above Access: Enter whether it is "Publicly accessible" (must be accessible 24 hours a day), otherwise select restricted access. If it is a paid car park, select "Paid Publicly accessible" If the entries cannot be saved (message: "failed"), this is usually due to an incorrect entry or spaces that are not accepted. Longitude, latitude and telephone numbers must not contain any spaces.   After activating and filling in the parameters, please send an email to info@eponet.ch with the subject line: "Hubject activation verification" and provide us with the account number and charger ID of the activated charging station! Tip for customer-friendly operation Enter the unique Hubject EVSE ID number (here CH*EPO*E0001579) in the field below the QR code and press save. Attach the QR code including this EVSE ID number to the charging station. Reason: Many customers start the charging station from their roaming app and can then clearly see which connection they are activating! Replace / exchange charging station Procedure for replacing or exchanging a charging station at a location/car park. To ensure that authorisations/invitations and other settings are retained, there is a function for replacing charging stations.  We recommend replacing the charging station in Eponet according to the following instructions as the first step and setting the OCPP link to us as the second step.   You will find this function under the charging station to be replaced. To do this, select the charging station to be replaced in the charging station overview and press the green edit icon in the top right-hand corner: The "Replace charger" button will now appear at the bottom right: After pressing the button, a pop-up window will appear where you can enter the new manufacturer, model and serial number and confirm your entry by clicking Save.  If the charging station itself is configured correctly, the new station should now appear online in the Eponet portal. Please also check the other settings such as connection ID or performance and, if necessary, test the load management and other functions.  Instructions for connecting ABB charging stations to the Eponet portal Integration of ABB AC Terra charging station into the Eponet portal with WSS These instructions are step 3 for connecting an ABB AC Terra charging station to the Eponet portal.  To use these instructions, log in to Eponet (info@eponet.ch) to be added to our web app. This is the only way you can follow these instructions. Alternatively, follow these instructions. Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions ABB AC Terra 1.3.5 is the lowest version supported. 1.5.2 has been tested and is supported by Eponet. 1.6.5 has been tested and is supported by Eponet . 1.7.1 is an interim version (not recommended – charging station displays red error LED after vehicle is plugged in, must be updated to 1.8.21). 1.8.21 (recommended version) (if necessary, first update to 1.5.3 and then to 1.7.1 > only then can you update to 1.8.21 Current product information on ABB AC Terra can be found at the following link: ABB Terra website     PIN – A PIN is included with the charging station. You will need this for connection and configuration. Tip: Save this PIN in the Eponet portal for each charging station. Even better than a photo, as this prevents typing errors. The PIN is also essential for future support. Prepare the charging station via TerraConfig The ABB Terra AC charging station is configured via the TerraConfig app using Bluetooth. This requires a TerraConfig portal account. If you do not already have one, you can apply for it via: AC Terra Switzerland account application Here you can simply search for "eponet" and select the link shown. The serial number is stored automatically and does not need to be entered separately in the link. Please note: With the eponet.io OCPP link, the charging station sends the serial number without hyphens, i.e. as follows: TACW2241021G0XXX – if the charging station does not come online at Eponet, it may be that the charging station is recorded in the Eponet portal with hyphens: TACW22-4-1021-G0XXX. In this case, edit the charging station and enter the serial number without hyphens using the "Replace charging station" button. Important: The charging station must have software version 1.3.5 or higher. Via the TerraConfig app, the setting "Activate external RFID" must be set under RFID. Please note the serial number of your ABB Terra charging station (e.g. TACW2241021Gxxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet portal.  Checklist: Software checked / latest version? Internet configured / online? Free charging deactivated? OCPP installed and charging station online on the Eponet portal? External RFID activated? Now continue with step 4. The PIN is also essential for future support. Preparing for integration via ABB Chargedot Go to the following website https://abb.installer.chargedot.com/#/login and log in with your credentials. A TerraConfig Portal account is required for this . If you do not yet have one, apply for it via: AC Terra Switzerland Account Application Navigate via "OCPP Server Configuration" to "Third Party Domain Configuration". Now click on "Add a New Configuration". Now enter all the details as described. The "Third Party Name" and the "Alias" can be chosen freely. Set up the charging station via TerraConfig The ABB Terra AC charging station is configured via the TerraConfig app using Bluetooth.  Here, you can simply search for the link you created and select the one displayed. The serial number is automatically stored and does not need to be added to the link. If you need to enter the OCPP link: OCPP link with WS: ws://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/8d0c/serialNo . OCPP link with WSS: wss://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/8d0c/SerialNo .   Please note: With the eponet.io OCPP link, the charging station sends the serial number without hyphens, i.e. as follows: TACW2241021G0XXX – if the charging station does not come online with Eponet, it may be that the charging station is recorded with hyphens in the Eponet portal: TACW22-4-1021-G0XXX. In that case, edit the charging station and use the “Replace charging station” button to enter the serial number without hyphens. Important: The charging station must have software version 1.3.5 or higher. In the TerraConfig app, under RFID, the setting “Enable external RFID” must be selected. Please make a note of the serial number of your ABB Terra charging station (e.g. TACW2241021Gxxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet Portal.  Checklist: Software checked / up to date? Internet configured / online? Free charging deactivated? OCPP installed and charging station online on the Eponet Portal? External RFID enabled? Now continue with step 4. Integration of ABB DC charging station into the Eponet portal The charging station can only be connected by ABB. Values such as "MeterValueSampleInterval" etc. cannot be changed by ABB, as this is not technically possible for them. The change can be made via the Eponet portal under "Config" for the respective charging station.     Alpitronic charging station As of 23 June 2025 Load control is only possible with software version 2.3.4 or higher. If an older version is used, charging will stop after load control and no new charging session can be started. The charging station must be configured by Alpitronic or a corresponding sales partner.     The charging station can only be controlled via connector 0. The minimum charging power is 2 kW – below this, charging is paused. After a control intervention, the charging power is increased in 5 kW increments up to the set maximum charging power. The following must be changed in the configuration on the Eponet portal to ensure operation in load management. Instructions for connecting Autel charging stations to the Eponet portal Integration of the Autel MaxiCharger AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an Autel AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions Autel MaxiCharger AC charging station V1.15 (power control module) is the lowest version supported. V1.16 (power control module) has been tested and is supported by Eponet V1.19 (power control module) and V1.50 (charging controller) have been tested and are supported by Eponet (recommended version)     PIN – A PIN is included with the charging station. You will need this for connection and configuration. Tip: Save this PIN in the Eponet portal for each charging station. Even better than a photo together with the QR code, because when configuring with the app, you can log in in a flash via this QR code. The PIN is also essential for later support. Connect the charging station via the Autel Config app The Autel MaxiCharger AC charging station is configured via Bluetooth using the Autel Config app. To do this, you will need the PIN or the corresponding QR code with the integrated PIN. We recommend that you make these preparations (download and prepare the app) well in advance of installation.  Access data for the Autel Config App must be requested in advance from emobility@gkshop.ch . Important: The charging station must have software version V1.16 or higher. Please note the serial number of your Autel MaxiCharger charging station (e.g. AE0022A1GN5C0Gxxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet portal.  Connect to the "Autel Config" app and select EPONET for the OCPP server. After selection, the charging station will restart and the OCPP server should be connected. Checklist: Software checked / latest version? Internet configured / online? OCPP server: Eponet link selected and charging station online on the Eponet portal? Please ensure that the configuration is set correctly. Please note that Eponet is not responsible if the charging station is configured incorrectly and, for example, offline charging is permitted, resulting in incorrect billing on the Eponet portal. Now continue with step 4. Integration of DEFA AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are Step 3 for connecting a DEFA charging station to the Eponet Portal.  You can find Step 1 via this link: Basic guide to integrating charging stations Tested with software version 4.3.8     Prepare the charging station using the Power Setup app Open the DEFA Power Setup app and connect to the charging station via Bluetooth. You should now see this screen. Scroll further down and tap ‘Edit’ under ‘Charger Settings’. Now configure all settings as shown. Confirm these settings, scroll further down and tap “New Handover”. Now enter the name of the charger here and select ‘Eponet’ as the backend. Then click on ‘Hand Over’. You can now scroll right to the bottom and select “Complete Setup”. From this point onwards, the charging station is connected to Eponet and should appear online on the Eponet portal. To start a charge using an RFID card, this feature must first be activated. To do this, follow the steps below. Follow arrows 1 and 2. Then select the relevant charging station and click on arrow 3. At arrow 4, you can now search for “authCtrlr”. You will now see a short list of configuration options. Select the entry shown below. Click ‘Edit’ next to arrow 1 and change the value from ‘false’ to ‘true’. Then click ‘Save’. An RFID card can now be used. Important settings for correct billing via the Eponet Portal: ‘EVConnected’ must be changed to: ‘EVConnected,Authorized’ Supplement to the commissioning instructions from the Swiss distributor Ferratec   The DEFA charging station can be configured in a variety of ways. This also requires the following settings to be configured: DOWNLOAD ZIP file containing an Excel list from Ferratec. Priority Setting Setpoint Meaning What needs to be done? Check that two values are stored internally, rather than a single unknown text value. Recommended TxCtrlr / EVConnectionTimeOut 120 Allows 120 seconds to connect the vehicle following RFID authorisation or remote start. Set to 120 seconds. Recommended TxCtrlr / TxBeforeAcceptedEnabled false Prevents transactions before Eponet has accepted the station following the boot process. Set to false. Important AlignedDataCtrlr / Enabled true Enables the regular transmission of energy and power values. Must be enabled. Important information before proceeding to step 4: The DEFA AC charging station communicates exclusively via OCPP 2.0.1 – this must be selected when activating the station on the Eponet Portal! Now continue with step 4. Instructions for connecting Easee charging stations to the Eponet portal Integration of the Easee AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an Easee charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions for Easee charging stations. The software is automatically updated by Easee via the cloud. The Easee can now also be controlled directly via OCPP in load management. This means that a separate account is no longer required for each installation.     PIN – A PIN is included with the charging station. You will need this for connection and configuration. Tip: Save this PIN in the Eponet portal for each charging station. The PIN is also required for future support. Preparing the charging station via Easee Cloud The Easee charging station is configured via the Easee Cloud. Log in to the Easee Cloud, select the desired location and configure the Easee Cloud according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once the Easee system has been configured, you can easily switch the location to Eponet via Tools > Technical Operator: Remove the previous operator and select Eponet: From this point on, the location is connected to the Eponet OCPP server (all charging stations in this installation are connected to Eponet).   Important Make a note of, or even better, copy the serial number of your Easee charging station (e.g. EC102xxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet portal. You can easily copy it under Products. We recommend the following configuration (must be set for each charging station in the Easee Cloud). Please note that Eponet is not responsible if the charging station is configured incorrectly and, for example, offline charging is permitted, resulting in incorrect billing in the Eponet portal: Please ensure that the configuration is set correctly as shown above. Please note that Eponet is not responsible if the charging station is configured incorrectly and, for example, offline charging is permitted, resulting in incorrect billing in the Eponet portal. From this point on, the installation is connected to the Eponet OCPP server (all charging stations in this installation are connected to Eponet). Checklist: Authentication required > must be activated Deactivate authorisation when the charging stations are offline > must not be activated Is the charging station online on the Eponet portal? Now continue with step 4. Integration of Elexon AC43 charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an Autel AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations The password and user name should not be changed, as it will no longer be possible to log in if they are lost.     Configure the charging station via the web interface Enter the IP address of the charging station in the address bar of your browser. You can now log in to the charging station. Default login: Username: root Password: admin The following window will now open, in which you can configure everything as shown in the image. OCPP link: ws://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/2541/"serial number" The serial number can be found on the charging station or under "User" in the web interface. Checklist: Software checked / latest version? Integration of Etrel AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an Easee charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations     The standard login details for the charging station are: Username: root@etrel.com Password: toor Prepare the charging station via the web interface Connect to the charging station via the web browser using the IP address and log in with the access data. You should now see the following screen. Click on "Connectivity" and enter everything as shown below. Integration of EV Buddy Pro smart AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an Autel AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions EV Buddy Pro smart Software version 2.3.0 or higher is required.    There is NO RFID reader installed, which makes it impossible to activate charging with an RFID card directly at the charging station. The charging station must be connected to the power supply and the red button on the EV Buddy must be pressed for at least 0.5 seconds within 5 seconds. This generates the charging station's own Wi-Fi, which you must connect to for setup. The Wi-Fi password can be found on the white card that comes with the charging station (see image below). Once you have connected to the charging station's Wi-Fi, a settings page will open where you can make the necessary configurations. First, select and connect to your local Wi-Fi network. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network must be used. The connection will not work with a 5 GHz network. Then, click on the "OCPP settings" tab to set up the connection with Eponet. Once everything has been set up as shown in the image above and the charging station has been registered on the Eponet portal, it will be displayed as "Online".  The serial number for the Eponet portal can be taken from the white card provided and does not need to be entered behind the OCPP link. wss://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/65FB/ Checklist: Software checked / latest version? Heliox Flex 180kW charging station As of 5 June 2025, the charging station cannot be started from the portal or via an external RFID reader in its current state, as this has not been implemented in Heliox's software. Only AutoCharge is possible via the vehicle identification number. The charging station must be configured by Heliox itself. If several satellites are used, each satellite must be recorded with its own serial number and ConnectorID 1.     The charging station can be controlled via Connector 0 or via the individual connectors. The minimum charging power is 3kW – below this, charging is paused. The stack size is 60 kW, which means that charging can be carried out as follows: 1 connector connected = 180 kW , 2 connectors connected = 1x 120 kW and 1x 60 kW , 3 connectors connected = 3x 60 kW. Integration of the Juice Charger me 3 charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting a Juice me 3 AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions Juice me 3 AC charging station V2.0.1 has been tested.     The QR code for integration is included with the charging station. Connecting the charging station via the j+ pilot app The Juice me 3 AC charging station is configured via the j+ pilot app using Bluetooth. To do this, you will need the QR code with the integrated PIN. We recommend that you complete these preparations (downloading and preparing the app) well in advance of installation.  Access data for the Juice config app must be created in advance. Important: The charging station must have software version V2.0.1 or higher. Please make a note of the serial number of your Juice me 3 charging station (e.g. JCME3210180xxxxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet portal.  Connect to the "j+ pilot" app and navigate to "Backend". Here, configure everything as shown in the screenshots. Please note that Eponet is not responsible if the charging station is configured incorrectly and, for example, offline charging is permitted, resulting in incorrect billing on the Eponet portal. Instructions for connecting KEBA charging stations to the Eponet portal Integration of the KEBA AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting a KEBA AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations KEBA P30 (master must be present) Only slave charging stations cannot be connected – these always require a master. For new installations, we recommend using only master stations, as this gives you more flexibility.       Please check early on that the Keba charging stations are running the latest software version. The update takes a long time and may need to be carried out in several stages. Log in to the web interface of the charging station and check the current software first. Operating instructions for the KEBA station, software versions and further information can be found at: Service & Support / Downloads at KEBA Please make a note of the serial number of your KEBA charging station (e.g. 2004XXXX). You will also need this serial number later in the Eponet portal. Select "OCPP-J 1.6". If the software is too old, this may not be possible. Integration of Mennekes ACU charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting a Mennekes AC charging station to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations   First, connect to the ACU, which is located inside the charging station, using a cable. Under "Info" you can see whether the charging station has successfully established a connection to the Eponet backend. This should bring the charging station online on the Eponet portal. Note: If the connection cannot be established, you can only use "ws": ws://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/FA61/ The reason for this is that the controllers only support TLS 1.0 because an older operating system is installed that cannot be updated via a firmware update. If a secure "wss" connection is required, this can only be implemented on site using a special Mennekes update (software update 2.15 including update to TLS 1.2). Integration of the Phoenix CHARX duo AC charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an AC charging station with CHARX to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions Phoenix CHARX Software version 1.5.1 or higher is required to ensure load control via OCPP.     The IP address must be known in order to connect to the charging station. Integration of EVlink AC (old version) charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an EVlink AC charging station (Schneider Electric) to the Eponet portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic instructions for integrating charging stations Software versions EV Link charging station V3400 (electronic board and commissioning tool) and V1400 (RFID reader) have been tested and are supported by Eponet. The EV Link is configured via the web browser. To do this, the IP address of the charging station must be entered in the browser. The standard login details are as follows. Username: admin Password: ADMIN After successfully logging in, the IP address can be set or left on DHCP under "Configuration - Network". The OCPP link is entered under "Configuration - Supervision". Here are the settings for "Energy Management": After making these settings, save them and restart the charging station. The charging station should then come online on the Eponet portal. Please make a note of the serial number of your EVlink charging station (e.g. 2004XXXX). You will also need this serial number later in the Eponet portal. Integration of EVlink Pro AC (new version) charging station into the Eponet portal These instructions are step 3 for connecting an EVlink AC charging station (Schneider Electric) to the Eponet Portal.  Step 1 can be found at this link: Basic guide to integrating charging stations Software versions: EV Link Pro AC charging station firmware version 1.6.1 has been tested and is compatible. OCPP Link: wss://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/dd60/ The EV Link is configured via Schneider’s eSetup app.  First, check that the charging station’s firmware is at least version 1.6.1. If this is not the case, you can update it via the app. To do this, click on the area marked in red. You can then update the firmware via the cloud or using a USB stick, which can be plugged into the charging station. You can download the relevant firmware from the official Schneider website.  Now click on "Configuration". Now click on "Monitoring". Now enable "Monitoring" and enter the URL as shown above. The BOX ID must be entered as shown above and corresponds to the serial number that must be entered on the Eponet portal. Now click on "Save". The charging station should then be displayed as online on the Eponet portal. Checklist: Software checked / up to date? OCPP installed and charging station online on the Eponet portal Advanced settings: Please adjust the following OCPP settings (Meter Values) for each charging station. The software is automatically updated by Zaptec via the cloud. ISO-15118 is possible from a hardware perspective as of 02/04/2025, but has not yet been implemented in the software.     PIN – A PIN is included with the charging station. You will need this for connection and configuration. Tip: Save this PIN in the Eponet portal for each charging station. The PIN is also required for future support. Preparing the charging station via the Zaptec portal The Zaptec charging station is configured via the Zaptec portal. Log in to the Zaptec portal, select the desired installation and configure the Zaptec portal according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once the Zaptec system has been configured, you can switch the installation to the Eponet OCPP server. To do this, go to Settings > Authentication: OCPP-J 1.6 Authentication and copy the following link into the URL field: wss://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/AD59/{deviceId} Important: Make a note of, or even better, copy the serial number of your Zaptec charging station (e.g. ZPRxxx). You will need this serial number later in the Eponet Portal. You can easily copy it from any charging station. Please ensure that the first and third controls are set correctly as shown above. Please note that Eponet is not responsible if the charging station is configured incorrectly and, for example, offline charging is permitted, resulting in incorrect billing in the Eponet portal. Einige nur für die Verwaltung/Abrechnnung via OCPP Protokoll, die meisten aber auch ins Eponet Lastmanagement System. OCPP Integrationen sind durch das OCPP Protokoll relativ schnell eingepflegt (sofern der Hersteller sich an das Protokoll hält) - eine Einbindung ins Lastmanagement hingegen ist ein häufig unterschätzter Aufwand.  Bitte verwechseln Sie nicht die beiden Integrationen. Die meisten Backendanbieter machen nur ein OCPP Integration und das Lastmanagement wird von einer Drittfirma geliefert. Folgende Bilder-Geschichte erklärt, wieso der Aufwand für eine Integration ins Lastmanagement so zeitintensiv ist und wieso es trotz Transport- und Aufbau in unserem Labor noch immer günstiger ist als eine Integration vor Ort. Bilder-Geschichte aus dem Eponet Testlabor – Ablauf Integration DC-Lader Der Zeitaufwand für eine seriöse Integration in das Eponet Lastmanagement beträgt erfahrungsgemäss 2-3 Arbeitstage für mehrere Personen. Eponet hat hierzu extra ein Testlabor aufgebaut, wo auch mehrere Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden können. Wieso wir ungern eine Integration vor Ort machen: Wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen, muss meistens der Hersteller dazu angefragt werden, oder der Distributions-Partner muss intern Rückfragen dazu machen und wir bekommen oft erst nach Tagen die Antworten geliefert. Wenn wir eine Integration vor Ort beim Kunden machen, müssten wir mehrfach zum testen wieder vor Ort fahren. Deshalb empfehlen wir den Lader bei uns im Labor zu integrieren. Nicht unterschätzt werden darf der Faktor Überraschung: Selten bis nie läuft alles nach Plan – von fehlenden bis falschen Unterlagen, Software Bugs bis defekten Powerpacks haben wir schon alles erlebt. – Genügend Zeitreserven sollten immer eingeplant werden. Integration XCharge Ladestation Integration of XCharge DC charging station into the Eponet portal The XCharge charging station is installed by the supplier. The OCPP link must also be entered via the supplier. It is: wss://ocpp.eponet.io/1.6J/1738/ It is important to enter only the link as described above, as the station automatically enters its ChargePointID – i.e. appends the serial number. Once the charging station is online, the following settings should be entered in the charging station’s configuration: AuthorizationCacheEnabled false AuthorizeRemoteTxRequests true HeartbeatInterval 30 LocalAuthListEnabled false MeterValueSampleInterval 30 StopTransactionOnInvalidId true   These are the most important settings required for the charging station to function optimally in conjunction with the Eponet Portal and load management.     Hager charging station integration Integration Hager Witty Pro These instructions cover step 3 for connecting a Hager Witty Pro (AC) charging station to the Eponet Portal.  Connect to the Hager charging station on the network via its IP address. Username: admin Password: the first 4 digits of the QR ID on the device There is a sticker with a QR code on the device. Next to it is a UUID. The first 4 digits are the password. The password must be changed after the first login. Once logged in successfully, navigate to the "Access management" section. From there, click on "Charge point operator". Then click on the arrow next to "not linked" You can now enter the Eponet link.
