Introduction to Hubject EMP Roaming 

 With Hubject EMP Roaming, users can charge their electric vehicles at charging points across Europe using their existing Eponet RFID cards. 

 The key benefits: 

 

 Access to an extensive network of partner charging point operators (CPOs). 

 Dynamic cost calculation based on the selected Hubject profile and the number of RFID cards. 

 Secure payment via the Eponet Wallet. 

 Real-time monitoring of charging processes and usage. 

 

 Navigation path: Sidebar → Hubject Roaming 

 Access to Hubject Roaming 

 

 Log in to your Eponet user account. 

 In the left-hand sidebar, navigate to ‘Hubject Roaming ’. 

 The main interface comprises three tabs:

 

 Overview – Dashboard with usage statistics. 

 Hubject RFIDs – Management of activated cards. 

 Session – Detailed history of charging sessions. 

 

 

 

 

   

 Best practice: 

 

 Select a profile that matches your expected charging volume. 

 Before activation, ensure that you have sufficient Eponet credit. 

 Check your top-up history regularly so that you can keep a close track of your costs. 

 

 Add a card to your account in the profile section to avoid authorisation errors due to insufficient credit. 

 Common issues: 

 

 Payment failed → Check the balance in your wallet. 

 Cards are not displayed → Make sure they have been added to your Eponet account. 

 Sessions not displayed → Wait until Hubject has completed CDR processing.
