This article explains how to withdraw money from your personal Eponet account. You can find this feature under Settings > Finances, where you can also view your balance and all your account transactions. If you wish to withdraw money, go to the Transactions tab.

If the account email address is identical to the email address to be validated, we will validate it within 1–2 working days and you can then make the withdrawal. For companies, organisations and private individuals wishing to request a payout on behalf of someone else, the following form must be completed, signed and returned to us!

Have you forgotten the confirmation link and it no longer works? At the bottom of the Transactions page – when you click on your order in the table in the transaction overview – you can click the ‘grey thumb’ icon to resend the email containing the confirmation link: [](https://wiki.eponet.ch/uploads/images/gallery/2025-01/MHKgrafik.png) #### Track the status of the withdrawal process You can track the status of the withdrawal process at any time. Once you have clicked the confirmation link in the email sent to your verified email address, you will see “Request confirmed”.
